My SUPER DUPER Intelligent Husband

Rick just finished his last classes for his Bachelor's degree at Weber State. He also had to take the entrance exam for his Masters, called the GMAT, this last Friday. He studied and little and did some practice testing and then was off to take the real deal. Just to tell you how amazing he is, apparently the average scores are anywhere from 550 to 650. Well Rick scored an amazing 710!! I married such a smart man! Good job honey. As a little celebration Rick's parents made him a sign and got him a cake when we went for family dinner tonight.

Visitors From Down Under

Conference time usually brings friends from Australia where I served my mission. Charlene and Francisco Cerros and their two kids, Noah and Ariana, were in Utah seeing the sights and even got to meet one of the apostles. They stopped by to see my on their way down south to see Vegas and the Grand Canyon. Charlene was so excited to see Levi and give him cuddles. Love you guys.

Levi's Blessing Day

We just think our little boy is so handsome. I was so ecstatic to find this cute outfit with a bow tie and everything for his blessing. I think he is just adorable in it. Rick blessed our boy at our 9am sacrament service. He said many amazing things, but I think the theme was that Levi would be blessed with faith, the missionary spirit, and that he would be an example to those around him. What a wonderful day full of the Spirit. Thank you to all those that helped so much and came and supported us. We love you.
Look at those eyes. He is so much like his handsome daddy.

He has the most adorable smile. Some have said that is when he looks like me! LOL.

FAMILY PICTURE!

The parents and grandparents.

The rest are pictures of those that came to supports us. Family AND friends. Thank you everyone. XOXO (I didn't pull out my camera until people already started to leave so I didn't get some friends and some of Rick's family. Sorry to have slacked.)

First Conference and Easter

Levi experienced his first General Conference Weekend. It was a great weekend full of the Spirit. One of my favorite talks was actually during the Priesthood session. Rick came home from Priesthood on fire with excitement. He showed me some of the talks online and I loved Elder Uchdorf's talk on patience. I am the most impatient person I know of and sadly I have not been making it a priority in my life lately to improve that weakness so his talk really hit home for me. I know that these men are called of God and that we are blessed to have heard their testimonies and the knowledge and experiences they shared with the world this weekend.

I made sure we got a shot of Levi with the prophet on T.V. I think that was one of the few talks Levi was actually wake during. LOL. (Sorry the picture is terrible quality)Rick and I cuddled on the couch while watching

Easter Morning (well Evening)... we couldn't wait to hide and share our baskets with each other so Rick and I had our Easter baskets the night before. I hid his behind the shower curtain. We played "warmer, colder" to help each other find them and I was yelling "WARM. WARM. WARM." over and over and he couldn't figure it out for what felt like 5 minutes. I am sure it was only 60 seconds or so. He loved treats so that was all I got him. TONS of chocolates and cakes and twinky things. He was in heaven.

Rick was so smart and got me stack able serving bowls with lids (I was telling him I really wanted some like 3 weeks ago and he totally listened and got me some! Good husband aye?!). He hid each bowl in different places. In the hamper, on my shoe rack in my closet, in a drawer by our entertainment stand, and the best was under the recliner. I had to pull the lever to even get under there. He filled the bowls with treats and some hair clips that I love. What a perfect husband.

Easter at my parent's house

Levi's first Easter egg hunt. Of course Rick and helped him!

This "egg" was shaped like a caterpillar. So cute!
