The summer rolls on....

Just a quick update on us!
My mission president and wife (my 2nd one) came home a few weeks ago and had us up for an all day reunion. It was great to see them again. Welcome home President and Sister Lindley. It was great to see and catch up with a few of the sisters too! Sarah Erickson and Savanna NilsenThe Lindleys even invited us up to their cabin at Bear Lake for the 24th of July. We did some boating and 4 wheeling. Played games and ate yummy food. It was so much fun. Rick and I got burned to a crisp though!! Owie!Sister Lindley loved playing "grandma" to Levi. She was so sweet to help with him the whole time. I think he might like her more than me! President Lindley was ruthless with the guys on the tube! They got thrown off every time.He was very gentle with us girls though! LOL. (I don't know why I was pulling that face.)

At Bear Lake Beach
We had lots of help from my former mission buddies with Levi.

4wheeling above Bear LakeTo other news:
Levi's cousin, Landon had fun pushing him around at Grandma's house.

They are best buds already!
Levi is loving his solids now. So cute!
Levi finally met his uncle Ryan!
Cuddles with Grandma Gray.

Rick thinks putting pants on Levi's head is funny... he is right! We were laughing so hard.

Levi's First Swim

My Sister and her daughters were kind enough to invite Levi and me to their house to try out their new swimming pool! It is a more shallow one which is great for the kids and nice for us adults to cool off in. I was so excited for Levi's first dip in a pool!! The rest... well... the pictures speak for themselves.

Yellowstone Trip 6/24-27

My brother, Andrew, joined Rick and I on our very first camping trip as a married couple and as a family! Levi did very well. He snuggled with us on our air mattress in our tent. He was so adorable and was a little adventurer. Andrew was a great help to us and kept us entertained with his witty comments and interesting stories. Warning: This post has quite a few pictures... and I am only posting 1/3 of the pictures we actually took.

Rick and Andrew picked me some flowers.... so pretty!I had never been to Montana so this was monumental!
We were stuck with the car turned off in traffic before entering Yellowstone. Levi was happy to get out of his car seat and play with dad.
Our first stop... some mud pots... fun to watch.
Old Faithful. Levi missed it cuz he was sleeping. Can you spot him? He is in the pack under Rick's rain jacket.
Our first night outdoors together. Levi was so stinking cute in his little monkey outfit with a not-so-matchy beanie!
THUGS! This is Drew and Levi just chillin' as we saw another geyser.
Norris Basin Geyser.
Crazy cool water. Look at that color!
Levi loved the pack... it gave him some extra protein to munch on. Hee hee.
We saw a grizzly bear. We also saw bison, a moose, a coyote, elk, deer, and a whole lot of mosquitoes.
This is a video of Lower Falls in Canyon Village. SO BREATHTAKING. That was the largest waterfall I have ever seen. GORGEOUS.
The shirt says it all. He sure could stop a lot of people. Everyone just wanted to smile and talk to him. He loved it.
Jenny Lake on our way down to Jackson.
And a quick stop in Jackson. He did some walking around and had a little lunch before heading home to good 'ol Salt Lake City.
I had a blast on my first trip to Yellowstone. I was happy to be home in my bed and enjoying the A.C.
